Assessment

The greatest and most important part of the Physical Therapy journey begins with a thorough assessment of the current status of your physical health. Whether you want to get better at your passion or answer the question as to why you’re having pain - gathering data is the key. During this initial assessment, your flexibility is measured, as well as your muscle strength, activation patterns and movement analysis. You will walk away with all the data recorded so you understand where you are and how to track your progress based on your goals.

Treatment

Once all the data is gathered, a custom treatment program is created to address your needs. Treatment includes a combination of hands-on manual therapy (massage, stretching, joint mobilizations, scraping, cupping, nerve mobilizations) and an exercise program. Treatments will defer based on the client’s needs. Follow-up appointments are spent on more treatment time since we’ve already gathered the necessary data, however every session important markers will be rechecked to ensure progress is being made.
